Damn it was hot out there!


Always good to get out in the garden for a Saturday morning EMOM

30 minutes


1) 45 double unders or 90 singles


2) 15 squats - 10 pushups - 10 rows


3) 8 Deadlifts - 6 Cleans - 4 presses(each arm)


4) 45 double unders or 90 singles


5) 20 lunges


6) 15-20 sit-ups or leg raises


Wearing a weighted vest
