It's Friday and you're excited to be finished work. Thinking TGIF. Alcohol and fast food is on the mind. You've just hit a week of hard training and clean eating. Why stop now? Are your friends working towards what you are? Do they have the same discipline as you? Cast your mind back to Monday morning, big session at the gym & clean eating. Keep that goal fresh in your mind. If it's aesthetics you're working towards, think about that person you admire, or that photo that motivates you. Did they get there drinking their weekends away? A big of drinking can lead to a follow on of poor food choices, not to mention sickness. This knock on effect will destroy the week ahead and hold you back, potentially causing you to miss work.
