Food for thought!

By Michael Todd

Ironically entitled, the subject of misrepresented food. Something that really boils my blood is the perception that food containing 'fat' is harmful and worse than that of carbohydrates(sugar). It's even colour coded red on most labels.

I could go on for a while but I will keep it short and sweet.

You'll recognise, "FAT FREE".. ''only 99 calories".. and so on.

From my own experience, if you're looking to lean down, Throw that 'fat free' empty yoghurt in the bin, and pass me the peanut butter..

To end don't believe something because it has been publicised. I know it is hard to believe something would be advertised your way even tho it is harmful.

squat and peanut butter

Just try things out yourself, and make your own mind up.
