No Stress!

A huge factor surrounding anxiety and stress is actually just time, or feeling the lack of it! - "Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late!" 🐇 - Just like the white rabbit, I often find myself chasing my tale! - Life can be overwhelming, and getting up at 4am instead of 5 isn’t always realistic! - But as the saying goes, if you can’t be on time, be early! - If you feel you are constantly chasing the clock(not the workout timer) put that extra 15 minutes aside and give yourself some breathing space - It will help you to relax, and give you back control of the mind 👐
