Deadlift and Cleans Workout

This was todays workout

Max weight deadlift followed by a max weight clean

Built up my deadlift as strong and heavy as today would go which was 145, which felt good, but all the Olympic colours can wait for another day

Used the weight progression to drop back down to a max weight clean

The 100 aim moving but not dropping

90 feeling great and smooth, with loads of leg power and activation
