Another busy MetCon session at pure gym Edinburgh west, and what a pleasure to be joined by my great friend, client and Edinburghs very own House of Hatchets guitarist David McIntyre.
A bit of a change in scenery for him following the Inverness marathon last weekend.
Last year we spent time working on mostly hypertrophy(muscle building). Since moving across the water and following a change of focus in training, It's always nice to Catchup and what better way to do it.
