Hate rowing? But love it really!?

There was once upon a time I used to HATE this thing! 🚣‍♀️ 🙅‍♂️ ⚡️ Hands up if you’re with me! 🤚 ⚡️ It’s not that I disliked rowing as such, probably something to do with the time I spent 30 minutes on it and could barely move afterwards! 🤦‍♂️ ⚡️ It is a great piece of equipment, My go to kit vs the common alternatives ✅ ⚡️ If you enjoy rowing and want to improve, try one of these challenges and let me know how you get on: 😈 ⚡️ 1️⃣ 10 Calorie row⏱sub 30 sec 2️⃣ 250 metre sprint⏱sub 1 minute 3️⃣ 500 metre sprint⏱sub 2 minutes 4️⃣ 1000 metre row⏱sub 4 minutes 5️⃣ 2000 metre row⏱sub 8 minutes 6️⃣ 5000 row⏱ sub 20minutes 👆the beast ⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️In the longer distances: DO ➡️ be consistent with the rowing strokes maintaining a powerful pulling motion to the body and steady return ✅ DON’T❌➡️ burn out and return before fully extending those legs ⚡️
