Your first time in the GYM! Everyone has to start somewhere!

Everyone has a story about how they started on their fitness journey. Weightlifting for me started at 1RSME in chatham in 2010/2011. At first it is a little daunting.

There is lots of support and help out there to get you started. I used to buy Mens health magazine every month and loved reading through it to get new ideas and learn new things.

Once you know that what you’re doing is safe and correct, the initial feeling of being new quickly disappears. You'll also maximise the time spent in the Gym.

Everyone is there for the same reason.

I love nothing more in the gym than to see somebody putting the effort in, Grafting. Results aren’t going to come and find you, you have to chase them down.

There is many different methods of training for lots of different goals. Over time you will probably find yourself working your way through them and you’ll find what works.

There is many different ways to put on muscle, to lean down, improve your speed and agility, so experiment. There really isn’t ever a right or wrong way to achieve something, providing the program you follow is a progressive one which is achieving the results you are working towards.

If you want to succeed in your Fitness journey, You Have to know what you are working towards. If you can't answer that question, you better go find the answer!
