Something I’ve worked on for myself and as a PT with my clients is ways to minimise the energy required to do the task in training for the likes of burpees etc. When I was studying for my CF-L1 and came across the topic of minimising energy expenditure to maximise output when it comes to performance, these two videos of double unders couldn’t be anymore relevant. The same end result with two totally different levels of exertion. Excuse the language on today’s video, what else can you expect when you’re trying to hit a milestone and it’s just not working! I do have to have a laugh at myself sometimes 😁 I couldn’t be any prouder of how many of #TeamMTPT have progressed with this amazing cardio vascular and skilled exercise.
