Over the last 6 years, I have always ran my group sessions in the mindset of how I would perceive the workout if I was taking part

Sometimes people might be put off, but there is always a way to regress the session so everyone can partake

This allows for all abilities to benefit from the session

I can't say how impressed I am with the level of performance, overall ability and just pure effort of everyone battering through this today
