Lower Body and Core
Legs and abs
5 Rounds of
30 Squats
10 Jump lunges
5 Broad jumps
30 Mountain climbers
6 Pistol squats (3 each leg)
20 Plank knees to elbow
10 Leg raises

Core Blast
5 Rounds of
20 Russian twists
20 Leg Flutters
10 Leg extension to hip raises
10 Seated leg extensions
