The goal is to finish the Reps within the 30 seconds and rest 15 seconds between each round.
There is an incentive to push it harder in that if you complete the reps before the timer you will receive more rest.
Solid form through range of motion and technique must be kept in mind.
Repeat through the routine from top to bottom until time is up
