Brief

The goal is to finish the Reps within the 30 seconds and rest 15 seconds between each round.

There is an incentive to push it harder in that if you complete the reps before the timer you will receive more rest. 

Solid form through range of motion and technique must be kept in mind. 

Repeat through the routine from top to bottom until time is up

MTXFIT Reps vs Time or whatever comes first 

Push Press x 12 

Burpees x 12

Bent over row x 12

Squat jump on step x 40 | Squat as an alternative 

Pushups x 15

Romanian deadlift x 12

Mountain climbers x 50

Toe Touch x 10 to Leg Extension x 10

Double unders x 45 or Single under x70

30 minute total training time
